Quel est le type de terrain ?  : Du sable fin, des dunes et des lagunes à traverser ou à contourner quand cela est possible. Les pieds seront mouillés !

Quelles températures ? 24 degrés la nuit , jusqu'à 35 degrés de jour ! L'eau des lagunes est fraiche ( eau douce )

​

Est on en autonomie ? En quelque sorte puisque vous transportez votre materiel et vos vêtement pour 3 jours et 2 nuits de course ! Par contre vous serez nourris (et bien nourris ) par les habitants du désert ! Ils sont professionnels et cuisinent superbement bien ! ( Petit déjeuner , déjeuner , Dîner) Vous laissez vos bagages au départ et vous les retrouverez à l'arrivée !

Ou dort on les 2 nuits ? Les habitants du désert ont construits de grandes pièces aérées ou ils ont placé des hamacs . On dort à une dizaine par chambre!

Peut on boire l'eau des lagunes ?  Oui mais en y mettant des pastilles désinfectantes ou en filtrant l'eau ! L'organisation vous fournira de l 'eau ( 3 litres par jour )

Y a til des dangers ?  : Non, le danger principal est le soleil ! il brule vers midi!

​

Secours ? Il y aura un médecin présent ainsi qu'un véhicule de secours ! Chaque coureur aura une balise sur lui qui permet à l organisation de le visualiser la position des coureurs !

Suivi live de la course ? Oui il ya aura un suivi live de tous les coureurs même la course à étapes !

​

Accompagnants : Les accompagnants assistent au départ et aux arrivées ! Ils vivent l aventure en traversant ce désert avec un véhicule d assistance ! Ils pourront aller à la rencontre des coureurs ou profiter des nombreuses lagunes autour des habitations pour se baigner !

Les hébergements ? Hôtel 5 étoiles à Fortaleza , magnifiques Pousadas  à Santo Amaro , bareirinhas,  Parnaiba et Jericoacoara ! Chez l 'habitant c'est plus rustique mais ces 2 nuits vont marquer votre vie à jamais  ....  !

What is the type of terrain? : Fine sand, dunes and lagoons to cross or circumvent when possible. Feet will get wet!

What temperatures? 24 degrees at night, up to 35 degrees during the day! The water in the lagoons is fresh (fresh water)

Are we independent? In a way, since you are carrying your equipment and your clothes for 3 days and 2 nights of racing! On the other hand, you will be fed (and well fed) by the inhabitants of the desert! They are professional and cook superbly! (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) You leave your luggage on departure and you will find it on arrival!

Where do we sleep the 2 nights? The inhabitants of the desert built large airy rooms where they placed hammocks. We sleep about ten per room!

​

Can we drink the water from the lagoons? Yes, but by putting disinfectant tablets or filtering the water! The organization will provide you with water (3 liters per day)

​

Are there any dangers? : No, the main danger is the sun! it burns around noon!

​

Medical ? There will be a doctor present as well as an emergency vehicle! Each runner will have a beacon on him which allows the organization to visualize the position of the runners!

​

Live follow-up of the race? Yes there will be live tracking of all runners even the stage race!

​

Accompanying persons: Accompanying persons attend departures and arrivals! They live the adventure crossing this desert with a support vehicle! They will be able to meet the runners or take advantage of the many lagoons around the houses to swim!

​

The accommodations? 5 star hotel in Fortaleza, beautiful Pousadas in Santo Amaro, bareirinhas, Parnaiba and Jericoacoara! Homestay is more rustic but these 2 nights will mark your life forever....!
